Missions

Missions are a very important part of Christianity. Remember who the first missionaries were? The lowly shepherds at Jesus birth. The people we encounter each day see Jesus in us, whether we speak or not.
Our missionaries count on our prayers and support of the material kind as well. Pray about your "part".

Our church helps support:
Mike Macy of BECAUSE JESUS LOVES TIBETANS is serving Tibetans in Europe. The Tibetan refugees number 6,334 in Europe. Mike and Amberlea search out these lost ones on the streets of the local villages.

Abiodun and Kennie Faleke are serving Christ in Ibadan Nigeria, their home. They are from the Yoruba tribe in Nigeria. They came to America and were then led back to their homeland to evangelize. They began a Calvary Chapel in Ibadan city; a campus Bible study on the nearby university campus; a village outreach to some interior villages; a Christian school that Kennie began with her children in her home that grew to include 30 kids. "To God be the glory."

Wes and Vicky Bentley
are with Far Reaching Ministries. FRM is committed to bringing long-term discipleship and systematic teaching of God's Word to individuals in Africa, China, Russia and other parts of the world where such teaching is either unavailable or inaccessible. Through the discipleship of indigenous leaders, teaching community Bible studies, planting churches and Bible colleges, we hope to see native Christians receive a firm scriptural foundation, upon which they can begin to build the ministry that God is calling them to. We are currently serving in or partnering with ministries in China, Kenya, Russia, Rwanda, Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda,, and The United States - planting churches, equipping pastors, and preparing for the future by serving and protecting children. We strongly encourage churches and individuals to ask the Lord how He wants to use them to bring His Word to these people. There are plenty of opportunities for you or your group to intercede, invest, or to intervene and go on a mission trip to some of these hard hit areas today!
